I'm Michael Gaytan, a Computer Science major at UTEP with a minor in Mathematics and a concentration in Cyber Security. My technical foundation is built on strong proficiency in Python, Java, C, PHP, SQL, and front-end development with HTML/CSS/JS. I’m passionate about building secure, scalable software and exploring the intersection of system-level programming, data structures, and real-world usability. I've applied my skills in roles ranging from peer mentorship to professional data verification, pharmacy systems, and OCR technologies — always with a focus on detail and impact. I'm deeply invested in developing accessible, futuristic web applications and securing tomorrow’s digital spaces.
